Product and UI Design

Visual designs for proprietary college applications that encourage students to apply directly to a school to access additional benefits beyond third-party application vendors.

Working with the Product team, Engineers, and Client-facing Managers, I designed the user interfaces for navigating through the applications from creating a user account to submitting an application for admission. The product applications aligned with the school’s visual branding to create a seamless and recognizable experience for students already familiar with the school. I defined interactive states for UI elements; built components in prototyping software for handoff to the Developer; and designed page templates showing typographic hierarchy; section stacking; vertical spacing; internal page navigation; and responsive layouts.
